The Opportunity

Join Hitachi Energy's Controlling Capability Center and play a pivotal role in driving the digital finance transformation journey through SAP S/4HANA. As an SAP CO Functional Analyst, you will act as the bridge between Finance, Business Controllers, and the SAP Controlling Center of Excellence (CoE), ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into scalable system solutions.
In this role, you will partner with global finance teams and business stakeholders to enhance controlling processes, improve financial transparency, and support data-driven decision-making across diverse business models, including manufacturing, project-based operations, services, and software. You will contribute to the continuous evolution of SAP Controlling capabilities by identifying process improvement opportunities,



driving standardization, and supporting global transformation initiatives.
The position offers exposure to complex end-to-end financial value streams and provides the chance to influence the design, development, and implementation of SAP CO solutions on a global scale. You will collaborate with controllers, process owners, and SAP experts to optimize controlling processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
