Role Summary
A reputed hospitality organization is looking for a hands-on and experienced OTA Manager to manage online distribution and day-to-day OTA operations across multiple hotels and resorts.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in managing major Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), including MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and other relevant platforms.
The candidate should be capable of independently managing rates, inventory, room availability, promotions, OTA listings, bookings, and performance optimization for multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities
OTA & Online Distribution Management
Manage and maintain major OTA platforms, including:
MakeMyTrip
Goibibo
Booking.com
Agoda
Expedia
Other relevant OTA platforms.
Manage daily rates, inventory, room mapping, availability,



and promotions.
Ensure accurate property content, room details, photographs, and listings across OTA platforms.
Maintain rate parity across different online distribution channels.
Ensure optimum OTA visibility and performance.
Revenue & Performance Monitoring
Monitor OTA bookings, cancellations, pickup, ADR, occupancy trends, and revenue performance.
Monitor competitor pricing and recommend suitable rate changes to management.
Identify opportunities to improve OTA performance and revenue generation.
Manage OTA promotions, special offers, packages, and seasonal campaigns.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and OTA performance metrics.
Coordination & Operations
Coordinate with reservation teams and property teams regarding inventory, rates, availability, and booking requirements.
Coordinate with OTA account managers regarding promotions, performance, and operational requirements.
