nPosition: Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst / Manager
nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced PMO professional with solid Insurance domain experience to support and govern strategic business and technology initiatives. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, technology teams, and leadership to ensure effective project governance, planning, tracking, reporting, and delivery.
nKey Responsibilities

- Establish and manage project governance frameworks, standards, and reporting processes.n
- Track project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.n
- Prepare and present project status reports and dashboards for senior management.n
- Coordinate with business, IT,



and vendor teams across multiple projects.n
- Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, timelines, and delivery performance.n
- Manage RAID logs and ensure timely resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies.n
- Support project planning, prioritization, and portfolio management activities.n
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance and delivery standards.n
- Facilitate project review meetings and follow up on key action items.n
- Support insurance business and digital transformation initiatives.n

nRequired Skills & Experience

- n
- 5–10 years of experience in Project Management / PMO roles.n
- Strong experience working in the Insurance domain.n
- Understanding of insurance business processes such as Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims, Distribution, and Customer Service.n
- Experience managing IT, digital transformation, or insurance technology projects.n
- Strong knowledge of project
