Position Overview:
nTechnically qualified Production Manager to lead Production at Powder Blending Plant. This role is critical for ensuring smooth production, compliance with food/pharma standards, and effective plant management.

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Manage end-to-end production operations, ensuring output and quality targets.n
- Oversee recipe preparation and operation of powder/liquid blending machines.n
- Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, hygiene, and regulatory standards.n
- Supervise plant & equipment maintenance, including ETP operations.n
- Handle workforce allocation, training, and productivity improvement.n
- Drive process optimization, reduce wastage, and monitor KPIs.n
- Ensure Compliance to Quality plus Safety Standards & processes.n

nKey Skills & Qualifications:

- n
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Food Tech / Chemical Science.n
- 10–12 years of experience in Food or Pharma-grade production facilities.n
- Hands-on expertise in blending operations and plant maintenance in a GFSI & GMP Certified establishment.n
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and compliance knowledge.n
- People manager experience.n
