Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team and are willing to work a 6-day rotational shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with leads via outbound calls, emails, or chat
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies
Coordinate with operations and customer care for seamless service delivery




Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently
Maintain records of sales and client interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Customer-centric mindset with good negotiation abilities
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace
Positive attitude and team-player spirit
