Role Description The Digital and Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Jodhpur. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition for PrimeScore.



Day-to-day activities include managing paid and organic campaigns, overseeing social media marketing, tracking and analyzing web and campaign performance data, and refining strategies to improve ROI. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging, developing performance dashboards, segmenting audiences, and testing new digital initiatives to support growth. The manager will ensure that all digital touchpoints reflect PrimeScore’s commitment to financial wellness and deliver a consistent, engaging experience.
Qualifications
Strong digital marketing skills, including experience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing for performance-focused campaigns.
Ability to drive demand and customer acquisition through Lead Generation strategies and execution.
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing across major platforms to build brand presence and engagement.
