About The Lhasa LoungeThe Lhasa Lounge is a growing Pan-Asian restaurant brand with two outlets in Sector 104 and Sector 63, Noida. We are building a brand that brings together great Pan-Asian food, a distinctive ambience and memorable customer experiences. As we scale, we are looking for a Marketing Head who can take complete ownership of customer acquisition and brand growth across both outlets. This is not a role where marketing means simply posting on Instagram. We are looking for someone who understands the restaurant business, knows how to bring customers through the door, can build a strong local presence, and can connect marketing spends with measurable business outcomes.

The Role
As the Marketing Head, you will own the entire marketing function for The Lhasa Lounge across both outlets. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to:Acquire recent customers




Increase outlet footfall
Drive repeat visits
Grow online orders
Build the brand locally
Improve customer engagement and retention
Create partnerships and collaborations
Maximise the ROI of marketing spends

You will work directly with the founders/management and will have the budget and autonomy to build the marketing function. You can hire interns and, as the business grows, build a larger marketing team based on business requirements.

What You'll Own

Overall Marketing Strategy
Build and execute the complete marketing strategy for both outlets.
Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Identify new customer acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
Develop outlet-specific strategies based on local customer profiles and catchment areas.
Create innovative campaigns that make The Lhasa Lounge a destination rather than just another restaurant.
