Role Description The Outbound Telemarketer role is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. In this role,



the team member will make outbound calls to students, fresh graduates, and job seekers to introduce DonoTech Solutions’ training programs and explain how they align with individual career goals. Daily responsibilities include engaging prospective learners, answering questions about courses and schedules, and providing clear information on program benefits and enrollment procedures. The role also involves scheduling appointments or follow-up calls, maintaining accurate call records, and updating the CRM or tracking system with lead details and outcomes. The Outbound Telemarketer will collaborate with the counseling and sales teams to meet outreach and conversion targets, follow scripts and guidelines, and represent the organization in a professional and supportive manner.
