Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Manage SEO activities to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Develop content calendars and coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Track digital marketing metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Generate leads through digital marketing campaigns and support the sales team in lead conversion.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and platform updates.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a related field.
- Robust understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Good content writing and communication skills.
- Experience with Canva or similar content-creation tools.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with different teams.
