Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, and expanding the company’s presence in target markets. Day-to-day activities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company goals. The role also involves collaborating with operations and finance teams to design solutions that meet client needs, tracking market trends,



and providing regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership. This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, requiring close coordination with internal teams and face-to-face engagement with clients.
Qualifications
Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related industries, with an understanding of end-to-end logistics solutions and customer requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, basic data analysis, and MS Office applications to manage pipelines and prepare reports.
Proven ability to build long-term client relationships, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
