Jolt is building a fast-growing consumer app with ambitions to scale across India and international markets. We're a lean, high-ownership team, with no committees and no layers of sign-off — just people who own outcomes end to end.

Why This Role Exists
Jolt has outgrown ad-hoc marketing. We need someone senior enough to have already run this function elsewhere, owned budgets, managed agencies, and sat across the table from founders — and hungry enough to build it from scratch here. You'll set the strategy, run the execution yourself where it matters, and know exactly when to delegate versus when to do it yourself. Data, creative, partnerships, and product all sit under your view of growth.

What You'll Own
01 Growth Strategy & Data
Own the marketing strategy and roadmap end-to-end,



from annual planning down to weekly execution.
Build the reporting and data infrastructure to track funnel, channel, and cohort performance, and use it to make high-stakes budget calls.

02 Performance & Paid Media
Direct performance marketing across Meta Ads and other paid channels, owning CAC, ROAS, and payback targets at scale.

03 Organic, Content & Social
Set and drive the organic growth strategy, including SEO, AEO (answer engine optimisation), and content, as a long-term compounding channel.
Set the direction for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and build or mentor a team or partner network to execute it.
Own app marketing and ASO strategy to improve store visibility, installs, and long-term retention.

04 Partnerships & Agencies
Work closely with our existing marketing agencies and partners across domains, co-owning the numbers with them rather than just overseeing from a distance, and holding the relationship
