Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CCTV role located in Kolkata. The position involves installing, configuring, and testing CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and related surveillance equipment at client sites. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all systems operate reliably and securely.



The role also encompasses cable management, network setup for IP cameras, and documentation of installations and service activities. Team members will collaborate with sales and support staff, explain basic system operations to customers, and follow safety and quality standards during all field and in-office work.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, including analog and IP cameras, DVR/NVR configuration, and surveillance equipment setup.
Experience with basic networking concepts such as IP addressing, routers, switches, and remote access to CCTV systems.
Hands-on skills in hardware installation, cable routing, crimping, and use of common tools for field installation and maintenance.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform routine inspections, and keep accurate records of service and installations.
