JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Welcome and assist customers visiting the jewellery store in a warm and professional manner.
· Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance regarding jewellery products and services.
· Build and maintain strong,



long-term relationships with customers.
· Handle customer queries, complaints, feedback, and service requests professionally.
· Conduct follow-up calls with existing and prospective customers.
· Inform customers about new collections, offers, schemes, events, and promotions.
· Coordinate with sales, billing, and other departments to ensure smooth customer service.
· Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records.
· Coordinate regarding orders, repairs, alterations, deliveries, and other customer requirements.
· Ensure an excellent customer experience and high level of customer satisfaction.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good command of Hindi and basic English.
