We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & GST Billing Executive to join our team.
? Job Responsibilities: • GST Billing & Invoice Preparation
• Purchase Bill Entry & Purchase Filing
• Sales & Purchase Record Maintenance
• Basic Accounts & Day-to-Day Book Maintenance
• GST-related Data Preparation & Filing Support
• Stock & Expense Entry
• Customer & Supplier Account Maintenance
• Operating OPTECH Billing Software
• Maintaining proper digital and physical records
• Coordinating with our CA/accountant when required
? Requirements: • Experience in GST billing & basic accounting preferred
• Knowledge of purchase/sales entries and GST invoices
• Familiarity with billing/accounting software




• OPTECH experience is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & computer operations
• Positive attention to detail and responsibility
• Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply
