About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Zoho Functional Consultant / Zoho Implementation Specialist to manage end-to-end Zoho implementation, configuration, customization, and optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across multiple Zoho applications, robust business process understanding, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Map business processes and translate requirements into Zoho solutions.
Design, configure, customize, and implement Zoho applications.
Manage end-to-end Zoho implementation projects from requirement gathering through deployment.
Create workflows, automation, approval processes, dashboards, and reports.
Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods.




Coordinate with technical teams for development, integrations, testing, and deployment.
Conduct UAT, user training, and implementation support.
Prepare BRDs, functional documentation, SOPs, and implementation guides.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide post-implementation support.
Plan and track project timelines, milestones, tasks, and deliverables using Zoho Projects.
