About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Jr. HR Executive to join our HR team. The role will be primarily focused on Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (80%), along with supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – 80%
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for operational and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
- Coordinate salary discussions, documentation, and offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.




- Conduct regular follow-ups to minimize candidate dropouts and no-shows.
- Assist in bulk hiring and walk-in drives when required.

HR Operations – 20%
- Assist with employee documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave, and basic HR-related activities.
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Prepare basic HR reports and recruitment MIS.
- Support the HR team with other HR and administrative activities.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and candidate coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers with solid communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also apply.
