Role Description The BSO – Branch Sales Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.



The role involves identifying and sourcing prospective customers for vehicle and small business loans, explaining product features, and assisting customers through the loan application and documentation process. The Branch Sales Officer will manage relationships with existing customers, follow up on leads, and support branch-level sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include field visits, coordinating with branch and credit teams, collecting and verifying customer documents, and maintaining accurate records in line with organizational standards. The role also requires proactive support in local marketing activities, customer engagement initiatives, and contributing to a positive, ethical sales culture within the branch.
