Role Description The STEM Trainer is a full-time, in office role based in Thane. The trainer will plan and deliver engaging STEM lessons and workshops, using interactive teaching methods and hands-on activities to explain scientific and technological concepts. Responsibilities include developing curriculum materials, session plans, and assessments; guiding students through projects and experiments; and monitoring learner progress.



The role involves collaborating with other trainers and coordinators to align content with academic standards and industry requirements, maintaining training equipment and lab resources, and providing regular feedback to students and stakeholders. The STEM Trainer will also stay updated on emerging STEM trends and integrate relevant tools, software, and methodologies into the training
programs.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse age groups.
Experience in classroom teaching or training, with skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and learner assessment.
Proficiency with educational technologies, STEM kits, lab equipment, and basic coding or robotics platforms is highly beneficial.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
