Full-time | Mumbai | Film / OTT / Digital Entertainment | Reports to: Head of Marketing

ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a creative, proactive and digitally driven marketing professional to work closely with the Head of Marketing on films, web series and digital entertainment projects. This is an idea-led role, requiring fresh campaign concepts, strong audience understanding and the ability to turn ideas into effective promotions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate original promotional ideas and contribute to pre-release, launch and post-release campaigns.
• Conceptualise Reels, short-form videos, memes, BTS, interviews and interactive content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X and relevant platforms.
• Research internet culture, social trends, audience behaviour and successful entertainment campaigns.
• Identify strong promotional hooks from characters, scenes, dialogues, themes and narratives.
• Research creators, influencers and digital communities and suggest relevant collaborations.
• Coordinate with directors, producers, actors, designers, editors, photographers,



videographers and external agencies to execute approved ideas.
• Monitor reach, views, engagement and audience growth, and use insights to improve campaigns.
• Support launches, screenings, interviews, promotional events, PR activity and relevant partnerships.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
• Prior experience in film, OTT, television, entertainment or digital marketing is preferred.
• Demonstrable ability to generate, develop and pitch creative marketing ideas.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, short-form video and current digital culture.
• Ability to translate a film or series narrative into compelling marketing communication.
• Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills.
• Understanding of influencer/creator marketing and basic social media analytics.
• Proactive, commercially aware and comfortable in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment.
