? Location: Cyberpark, Calicut - Kerala
? Experience: 3–7 Years | Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to join our team and lead key HR and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage talent acquisition, recruitment & onboarding
• Handle employee relations, leaves, compensation & HR queries
• Support performance management, training & employee engagement
• Develop and implement HR policies while ensuring labour-law compliance
• Maintain employee records and support general office administration

Desired Skills
• Strong knowledge of HR policies & recruitment processes
• Valuable understanding of labour laws and HR practices
• Excellent communication and written English skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; HRM software knowledge is an advantage
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and team management skills

? Qualification: BSc/MBA in Business Administration, HR,



or a relevant field. Additional HR training is a plus.
