Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time position based in Jamshedpur, This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with B2B travel agents and corporate & retail clients,



and expanding My Universe Trip’s market presence. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and onboarding new partners, negotiating commercial terms, maintaining strong account management practices, and tracking performance against sales and revenue targets. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to design effective campaigns, refine offerings, and improve partner and customer satisfaction. The role also involves preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and providing strategic input to help shape the company’s growth initiatives.
