Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales role located in Kozhikode. The Sales professional will engage with prospective and existing customers, present travel and tourism packages, and provide detailed information on services, destinations, and pricing. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, following up on leads, conducting sales calls or in-person meetings,



and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. The role involves coordinating with the operations and destination management teams to align customer expectations with service delivery, preparing proposals, and closing sales. The Sales professional will also contribute to local marketing activities, maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings, and support ongoing customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including the ability to build trust, identify client needs, and close deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages commonly used in Kozhikode and Kerala.
Knowledge of tourism, travel products, and destination management, preferably with experience in Kerala or medical tourism.
Basic computer and CRM skills, including comfort with email, spreadsheets, and bookin
