About Enkept
Enkept is a modern HRMS platform helping organizations digitize HR operations across Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Performance Management, Assets, Recruitment, Employee Lifecycle, and more. We are looking for an experienced HRMS Functional Consultant who can bridge the gap between customers and our product.

This is a customer-facing role responsible for onboarding customers, driving product adoption, supporting implementations, and continuously improving the product through customer feedback.

What You'llDo
Product Capability Demos & Solution Consulting
Deliver product demonstrations to qualified prospects
Understand customer HR processes and business requirements
Recommend product configurations and best practices
Support Sales during functional discussions and solution presentations
Customer Onboarding & Implementation
Lead end-to-end HRMS implementations.
Configure modules based on customer requirements.
Manage employee data migration and validation.




Conduct administrator and end-user training sessions.
Plan and execute successful go-lives.
Customer Success & Support
Provide post go-live hypercare and functional support.
Resolve customer queries and coordinate with Engineering for product issues.
Monitor product adoption and customer health.
Identify opportunities for additional module adoption.
Support renewals by ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Product Improvement
Gather customer feedback and enhancement requests.
Recommend UI/UX and workflow improvements.
Identify recurring implementation or support issues.
Create knowledge base articles, SOPs, FAQs, and training material.
Validate recent product releases before customer rollout.

What We're Looking For
1–3 years of HRMS implementation or functional consulting experience.
