About the Position:
We are looking to empanel passionate and experienced professionals as Associate Trainers (AVOCs) to support the delivery of corporate learning and development programs. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy facilitating learning experiences and are looking to build a long-term association in the training and development space.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate high-impact learning interventions for corporate audiences.
Deliver engaging and participant-centric training programs.
Build strong relationships with participants and client stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless training delivery.
Continuously enhance facilitation, presentation, and consulting capabilities.
Stay updated on business trends and learning methodologies.
Desired Profile
Prior experience in corporate training, facilitation, coaching, teaching, consulting, or learning & development.
Strong communication, presentation,



and interpersonal skills.
High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for learning.
Skilled presence and ability to engage diverse audiences.
Willingness to travel for assignments across India.
Graduate/Postgraduate degree preferred.
