Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) role for Building Materials – DOORS, based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing sales operations for doors and related building materials across the designated zone, including developing and executing sales plans, meeting revenue targets, and expanding the dealer and distributor network.



The ZSM will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing, and provide regular performance reports and forecasts to leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting key customers and channel partners, coordinating with production and materials teams to ensure product availability, and resolving customer issues promptly. The role also includes mentoring and guiding the sales team, conducting product trainings, and collaborating with marketing and operations to support brand visibility and service quality.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and inventory reports, and to support strategic decision-making.
Experience in materials management, including materials planning and coordination between sales, procurement, and production teams.
Knowledge of material handling practices related to building materials and doors, ensuring protected and efficient movement
