Role Description The Branch Manager (Agency) will oversee daily operations of the health insurance agency branch in Ahmedabad in a full-time, in office capacity. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the branch team, setting and monitoring sales and service targets, and ensuring compliance with applicable health insurance regulations and company policies. The role involves managing client relationships, supporting agents with product knowledge and sales strategies, and resolving escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.



The Branch Manager will also analyze branch performance, prepare regular reports, coordinate local marketing activities, and drive growth through effective business development and community outreach.
Qualifications
Experience in branch or agency management, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and operational oversight.
Background in health insurance, financial services, or related sectors, with familiarity with Affordable Care Act concepts and health coverage products.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle escalations and maintain high client satisfaction.
