Panha is building a mental-health ecosystem designed to make emotional support more accessible, human, and scalable.
We are building a community where people can find the right support, connect with trained professionals and buddies, and access meaningful mental-health programs across individual, community, institutional, and corporate settings.
We are looking for a Founding Psychologist Member who wants to be more than a psychologist on a platform — someone who wants to help build the platform itself.

The Role
As a Founding Psychologist Member, you will work closely with the founding team to shape Panha's clinical ecosystem, psychologist network, programs, partnerships, and community.
This is a high-ownership founding role combining:
Clinical Leadership + Community Building + Business Development + Entrepreneurship




You will have the opportunity to influence how Panha delivers mental-health support at scale while participating in the upside of the business.

What You'll Own1. Build & Lead the Buddy Ecosystem
Help design and establish Panha's Buddy ecosystem.
Define onboarding, training, engagement, and quality standards for Buddies.
Build frameworks that enable Buddies to provide protected, empathetic, non-clinical emotional support.
Develop community-led initiatives and mental-health support programs.
Continuously improve the Buddy experience based on user feedback and outcomes.
2. Build & Lead the Psychologist Network
Identify, onboard, and build relationships with qualified psychologists.
Establish professional standards, onboarding processes, and quality guidelines.
Create systems for collaboration between psychologists, Buddies, and the broader Panha community.
Help build a trusted network of mental-health professionals.
