Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Bhubaneshwar, with flexibility for some work from home.



This role is responsible for managing and growing sales in the assigned region, including developing and executing regional sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing long-term relationships with industrial clients. The Regional Sales Manager will conduct regular client visits and remote meetings, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and coordinate closely with technical, operations, and service teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Daily activities include tracking sales performance, forecasting, reporting market trends and competitor activity, and participating in regional marketing or promotional initiatives. The role also involves supporting key accounts, addressing customer issues promptly, and representing ATMOS at relevant industry events or conferences as needed.
