About The Role

The role is a pivotal position within P&G;'s sales team, focusing on driving growth and expanding the company's footprint in the healthcare sector. The incumbent will be responsible for generating sales by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare practitioners (HCPs) and other key stakeholders.



This position requires a proactive approach to identifying recent business opportunities, promoting P&G;’s healthcare products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's values and product offerings effectively in the field. Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; B. Pharm or Science graduates are preferred.
Previous experience or training in chain pharmacy, pharmaceutical sales, or sales management within the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
Strong leadership qualities and a passion for driving results are essential.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
