Role: Business Growth Associate (Internship)
Location: Sector 63, Noida (Work from Office)
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
PPO: ₹ 5 LPA CTC based on performance during Internship.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Business Growth Associate, you will work closely with the business team to drive student acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to Pregrad's growth across colleges in India. This role offers hands-on exposure to business development, marketing, sales, and startup operations.
Towards the end of Internship you are expected to take on challenging leadership positions at Pregrad.
Key Responsibility
Drive business growth by identifying and engaging prospective students and institutional partners.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through various online and offline channels.
Counsel prospective students and guide them in choosing the right career programs.
Achieve individual and team revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, colleges, and partners.
Conduct follow-ups and ensure a seamless admission journey.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute growth campaigns.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Represent Pregrad during campus drives, career fairs, webinars, and outreach events when required.
Contribute ideas to improve business processes and enhance customer experience.
