GlobeHaven Travel And Tours Private Limited is building a premium travel business focused on domestic and international journeys, customized travel, experiences, luxury travel and end-to-end client service.

We are looking for a Travel Experience Manager who can take ownership of the complete client travel journey — from the first enquiry to post-trip follow-up.
About the Role

This is a multi-functional, client-facing role for someone who can combine travel consultation, itinerary planning, sales, booking coordination and client support.

You will work closely with the Founder to help build GlobeHaven's travel operations, client experience, supplier network and service standards from an early stage.
Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international travel enquiries.
Understand client requirements, preferences, budget and travel purpose.
Design customized and commercially viable travel itineraries.
Develop FIT, family, couple, honeymoon, leisure, premium and luxury packages.
Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, tour operators, transport providers and activity partners.




Obtain supplier rates and prepare accurate package costing and quotations.
Present itineraries and proposals to clients and explain the complete travel plan.
Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate confirmed bookings and ensure all services are properly arranged.
Manage pre-trip documentation, confirmations, vouchers and final itineraries.
Provide client coordination and support during travel when required.
Handle post-trip feedback and maintain long-term client relationships.
Maintain accurate enquiry, quotation, booking and client records.
Coordinate with internal finance/admin teams regarding payments and booking documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve GlobeHaven's products, processes and client experience.
End-to-End Ownership

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing:
Enquiry → Consultation → Itinerary → Costing → Quota
