We're hiring: Head of Quality — Compounding Division, Ganaur Plant

Tinna Masterbatches and Compounds (a division of Tinna Rubber & Infrastructure Ltd.) is looking for a Head of Quality to own end-to-end quality at our Ganaur plant.

What the role owns:
• Quality of recycled and virgin PP compounds and filled / reinforced grades
• Colour matching and shade approval — ΔE control and batch-to-batch consistency despite variable scrap colour
• 100% conformity to customer specifications — with full authority to hold a dispatch that doesn't meet them
• Complete quality documentation: COAs, TDS, MSDS, batch records, lot traceability
• Incoming raw material acceptance, lab operations and the shift-wise QC team
• Customer and system audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement

What we're looking for:
• 10–15 years in the plastics industry,



with substantial time in a quality role
• Mandatory: hands-on experience in plastic recycling, specifically recycled polypropylene (rPP) processing and compounding
• Proven expertise in colour matching for compounds
• Robust command of scrap grades and streams — and the ability to build a consistent compound out of a changing feedstock mix
• B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. in Polymer Science, Plastics Engineering or Polymer Technology (CIPET preferred)
• ISO 9001 systems, audit and CAPA experience
