Job description:
We are looking for a dedicated and self-driven Placement Officer to manage job opportunities for fresh technical and non-technical candidates. This role involves working closely with students and companies to ensure successful placements and career growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle
Screen and shortlist candidate resumes
Identify suitable job openings based on candidate skills and qualifications
Coordinate with companies for placements, internships, and training programs
Follow up with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding
Provide career guidance and placement support to students
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners
Promote placement activities through social media channels
Monitor student joining and manage training activities

Qualifications
Degree / MBA (HR specialization preferred)




Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
