Role Description The Associate Chocolatier is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore, responsible for supporting the development and production of Pranah’s chocolate and related confectionery products. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with recipe preparation, tempering chocolate, molding and decorating products, and ensuring consistent quality and presentation aligned with Pranah’s natural-food standards. The role involves organizing ingredients,



maintaining a hygienic and food-protected production environment, and following standard operating procedures for baking and confectionery. The Associate Chocolatier will also help with small-batch trials, inventory checks, coordination with the production team, and may support packaging and labeling to meet brand and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Confectionery and Pastry skills, with experience handling chocolate, sweets, and dessert components.
Candidates should possess well-developed Culinary Skills, including knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and ingredient handling.
Prior experience in an artisanal chocolate shop, bakery, pastry kitchen, or confectionery unit is beneficial.
Ability to follow recipes accurately, maintain consistency, and work with attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.
