Role Description The Front Desk Staff role is a full time, on-site position based in Haridwar. The role involves greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and responding to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email. Daily responsibilities include handling reservations, maintaining guest records, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and ensuring the reception area is organized and presentable.



The Front Desk Staff will also support payment processing, provide information about services and local attractions, and assist in resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally. Collaboration with colleagues and consistent adherence to hospitality standards are essential.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Candidates should possess phone etiquette and receptionist duties skills to manage calls, inquiries, and front desk operations.
Candidates should possess computer literacy skills to work with reservation systems, emails, and basic office software.
Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or guest relations is beneficial.
Ability to work flexible hours, maintain professionalism under pressure, and communicate clearly in English and local languages is preferred.
