Role Description This is a full time, hybrid role based in Jaipur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the renewable energy and energy storage market, including prospecting, lead qualification, and managing the sales pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in line with company goals.



The role also involves collaborating with technical and operations teams to align solutions with customer needs, supporting marketing initiatives, and providing regular performance and revenue forecasts to management. The Business Development Manager will represent the company at meetings, events, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and drive growth.
