Role Description The Branch Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for driving business growth and achieving branch sales targets for housing finance products. The role includes managing and mentoring the branch sales team, setting daily and monthly goals, and monitoring performance to ensure target achievement.



The Branch Sales Manager will oversee lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management with individual customers, channel partners, and local stakeholders. Daily activities involve reviewing pipeline and conversions, ensuring adherence to company processes, coordinating with credit and operations teams, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role also includes reporting on branch performance, implementing sales strategies, and supporting business development initiatives in the Lucknow region.
