Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle for real estate projects, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure. This role includes managing and mentoring a sales team, setting sales targets, monitoring performance,



and ensuring adherence to established sales processes and frameworks. The Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and channel partner teams to align sales strategies with market insights and campaign activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting project value propositions, maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts, and providing feedback to improve growth strategies and customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong sales management and business development skills, with experience handling end-to-end sales cycles in real estate or related industries.
Ability to lead, coach, and motivate sales teams, including setting targets, reviewing performance, and implementing improvement plans.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic analytics to track pipeline, conversion ratios, and revenue performance.
