Team members work closely together to provide a friendly atmosphere and consistent service throughout the day. Role Description The Barista role at Nature’s Cafe is a full time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Barista will prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as assist with steward activities, only if required. Daily responsibilities include taking customer orders, handling payments,



maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stocked apart from preparing great coffee, using espesso machine and manual brews. The Barista has to have a sound understanding of coffee beans, espresso machines and have creative ideas. They must be a great team player and shall have the capacity to work under pressure. They will engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner, answer questions about menu items, and support team members during busy hours. This role requires consistent adherence to hygiene standards, cafe policies, and a commitment to delivering a positive guest experience.
