Role Description The Business Development Executive/Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong sales pipeline for Melt Chocolates’ product range. Responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting product offerings, negotiating terms,



and closing sales deals. The executive will manage key accounts, maintain long-term client relationships, and ensure consistent follow-up to drive repeat business. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and feedback, tracking sales performance, and preparing regular reports for management.
Qualifications
Robust New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
Solid Account Management and Business skills to maintain relationships, manage portfolios, and support sustainable revenue growth.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
Experience in sales or business development, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, or consumer products.
Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, travel locally for client
