About the Role

We’re looking for energetic, confident, and fashion-conscious Sales Executives to join the BTCH showroom team. Your main role is to create a great shopping experience, understand customer needs, and help drive store sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and engage customers as they enter the store.
* Understand their style, requirements, size, and budget.
* Recommend products and help customers put together looks.
* Actively drive sales and work towards individual and store targets.
* Maintain excellent product knowledge, including new arrivals, fits, sizes, and pricing.
* Assist customers in the trial room and encourage conversions.
* Keep the showroom, displays, racks, and merchandise neat and attractive.
* Assist with restocking, folding, tagging, and basic inventory activities.
* Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive experience.




* Support billing and other day-to-day store operations when required.
* Maintain punctuality, grooming standards, and a skilled attitude.

Who We’re Looking For

* Good communication and people skills.
* Confident, energetic, and comfortable approaching customers.
* Interest in fashion, clothing, and styling.
* Sales or retail experience is preferred, but enthusiastic freshers can also apply.
* Ability to work as part of a fast-paced team.
* Good personal grooming and presentation.
