About The Role

This is a full-time, hybrid (remote + on-site) Data Analyst role based in Bengaluru. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability for reporting and analysis. The role involves building and maintaining dashboards, generating regular and ad-hoc reports, and performing statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.



The Data Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to translate complex business questions into analytical tasks, present findings in clear and actionable formats, and support data-driven decision-making processes. Additionally, the role includes contributing to the enhancement of data models, documentation, and analytical workflows to optimize data utilization and insights delivery.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights.
Proficiency in statistical methods for hypothesis testing, trend analysis, and quantitative evaluation.
Experience with data modeling techniques to design, structure, and optimize data for reporting and analytical purposes.
