Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City, responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in alignment with BharathaTechno IT’s service offerings. This role involves prospecting and qualifying leads,



conducting client meetings and product presentations, and preparing proposals tailored to client requirements. The Sales Specialist will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on inquiries, negotiate terms, and close deals while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with technical teams to understand solutions, delivering product training or demos to clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive communication and support. The role also includes tracking market trends, gathering client feedback, and contributing to sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
