About On Spot Energy
On Spot Energy is a growing D2C startup building smart portable power solutions for consumers, professionals, creators, small businesses and micro-entrepreneurs.
We are looking for a Customer Success & Sales Operations Executive who can become the bridge between our customers, sales team and backend operations.
This is not a traditional field-sales role. You will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has a smooth experience — from order confirmation to delivery, feedback and after-sales communication.
What You'll Do
1. Customer Order Follow-up
Call customers after their order is delivered.
Confirm that the customer has received the product safely.
Check whether the customer needs any assistance with setup or usage.
Collect customer feedback and understand their experience.
Encourage genuine product reviews and referrals.
Share referral/reward codes with happy customers.
2. Order Tracking & Customer Support
Track pending, delayed, cancelled and undelivered orders.




Coordinate with courier/shipping partners for delivery issues.
Proactively contact customers when an order is delayed or stuck.
Handle common customer queries such as:
“Where is my order?”
“When will my order arrive?”
“My tracking is not updated.”
“I received the product but need help.”
Escalate technical or warranty-related issues to the appropriate team.
3. Sales Operations
Support the backend sales process from order confirmation to delivery.
Maintain customer and order records.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team.
Follow up on leads, pending orders and customer enquiries.
Identify opportunities for repeat purchases, referrals and upselling.
4. Billing & Shipping Coordination
Generate invoices/bills for orders.
Coordinate order processing and dispatch.
Manage shipping details and courier coordination.
Ensure orders are correctly processed and updated in the system.
