Role Description The Treasury Manager is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the company’s liquidity, cash management, and short-term investments. Day-to-day activities include monitoring cash flows, managing bank relationships, and ensuring adequate funding for operational and strategic needs. The role involves preparing treasury reports, tracking market movements, and supporting risk management related to interest rates, foreign exchange, and investment portfolios. The Treasury Manager will collaborate with finance and accounting teams to optimize working capital, maintain compliance with relevant regulations, and implement treasury best practices and internal controls. This position requires proactive communication, timely decision-making, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid skills in cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and short-term investment planning.
Candidates should possess solid financial analysis, budgeting,



and reporting skills to support data-driven treasury decisions.
Candidates should possess knowledge of banking operations, financial markets, and regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to treasury functions.
Candidates should possess proficiency with financial and treasury-related software tools, spreadsheets, and data management systems.
Candidates should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills for working with internal and external partners.
Candidates should possess excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration; professional certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA, CA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
Prior experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking is highly beneficial, especially within financial services or securities firms.
