What You'll Own
Lead and scale a B2C sales team across tourist visa, work abroad, study abroad, and Australia PR services
Own the B2B travel agent activation pipeline — 8,000+ agents in our database
Build and enforce daily sales cadence: call targets, WhatsApp follow-ups, conversion funnels, and Zoho CRM hygiene
Hire, train, and mentor junior sales executives with immigration-specific product knowledge
Work directly with the Founder on pricing, offer design,



and campaign strategy
Manage client relationships from enquiry to post-visa — driving referrals and reviews
Report weekly on pipeline health, team performance, and lost deal analysis
Sales target for self and team

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 3 years in immigration, visa, study abroad, or travel industry — in a sales or business development role
You have personally closed visa or immigration cases
Deep knowledge of at least two service verticals: Schengen, UAE/Gulf work permits, Australia PR, UK/Canada study, or related
Experience managing a sales team of 3+ people in this industry
Fluent in English and Hindi (Tamil or Telugu a bonus)
