Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, infrastructure, and user access-related issues.
Administer user accounts, permissions, Group Policies, software deployments, system updates, and backup processes.
Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of IT infrastructure.
Manage IT assets and ensure proper documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for support and procurement activities.
Provide L2/L3 technical support and ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.
Implement and maintain security best practices across systems and networks.
Ensure business continuity through regular backup verification and disaster recovery preparedness.
