Role Description The Performance Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across paid search, social media, and other online channels to drive student inquiries, enrollments, and brand visibility.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing campaign budgets, tracking performance metrics, analyzing data to improve ROI, and preparing regular reports for leadership. The role also involves collaborating with academic and creative teams to develop targeted messaging, landing pages, and promotional content, as well as conducting A/B tests to refine audience targeting and conversion strategies. The Performance Marketer will engage with prospective learners through online channels, support lead nurturing activities, and ensure consistent brand representation across all digital touchpoints.
