Role Description This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Intern role based in Gurugram. The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. The role involves helping update and organize HR documentation, HR policies,



and employee records, while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. The intern will assist in onboarding processes, coordinating induction activities, and supporting employee engagement initiatives and events. Additional responsibilities may include helping with basic HR reporting, supporting benefits-related queries, and collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth HR processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in core HR operations.
