Role Description
The Technical Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Sunchaser Structures’ sales and business development activities by coordinating between customers, the sales team, engineering, project management, and other internal departments.



The role requires a combination of technical understanding, sales coordination, customer communication, documentation, and project follow-up.
The candidate will support the sales team throughout the customer journey—from lead generation and enquiry handling to technical discussions, quotation coordination, order follow-up, and project execution support. The position will involve understanding customer requirements for solar mounting structures and trackers, coordinating technical information with the engineering team, preparing sales and technical documentation, and ensuring timely communication with customers.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with solar EPC companies, developers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders and should have the ability to understand technical product information and communicate it clearly to customers.
